Resolution 02270RESOLUTION NO. 2270 liPPROVING SUBDIVISION MAI" OF "TRACT 526, AlWrdiTEDA, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" WHEREAS GEORGE wINDsoa and MhRTUA WINDSOR, his wife, EDGAR A. COHEN and EMILY J. COHEN, his wife, and DONALD A. COHEN and EDITH ELIZABETH COHEN, his wife, pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, on June 1, 1938, filed with the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda a tentative map of certain lands lying entire- ly' within the boundaries of said City, whereupon sold City Planning Board duly approved said tentative map and reported such action to the Council of said City, and WHEREAS the Council of the City of Alameda, at its net succeeding regular meeting, held on June 7, 1936, did act upon said report and did duly approve the same and the said tentative map, and WHEREAS on June 21, 1938 A. COHEhr and EMILY J. COHEN, COHEN, his wife, filed with t of Alameda, the final map of County, California", and. said GEORGE WINDI)R and IVARTHA WINDSOR, his wife, EDGAR his wife, and DONALD A. 001 FN and EDITH ELIZABETH he Council of said City, the governing body ofthe City said subdivision, entitled, "Tract 52o, Alameda, Alameda. WHEREAS, the said Council, as a condition precedent to the acceptance of the streets and easements shown on said map required that said subdividors should, at their option, either improve or agree to improve said streets and easements, where- upon said subdividers executed and delivered to the City the necessary agreements for the construction of said improvements, and WHEREAS said final map conforms to all of the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act, and. to the ordinances of the City of Alameda, 2100 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the final map entitled "Tract 526, Alameda, Alameda County, California", be, and the same is hereby approved. RESOLVED FURTHER that Marina Drive, Windsor Drive, Cambridge Drive, Harvard Drive and Cornell Drive, shown on said map and offered thereby for public use be, and the came are hereby accepted an behalf of the public. RESOLVED FURTH:F1'Z that all offers of dedication to the City of Alameda of the easements and reserves shown on said map be, and the same are hereby accepted on behalf of said City. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembbd on the 25th day of June, 1938, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer and President deichhart,(4).
