RESOLVED EY
1 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, pursuant to the provis-
ions of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 43, New Series, the moneys remain inn, in the
Relief Tuna as of June 30, 1938, in the sum of $1045.86, be and the same are hereby
transferred to the General Eund of the City.
The Auditor and Treasurer aro directed to make the necessary transfers on
their respective backs.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution. wa0 .
duly and. regularly introduced and abpted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled OD. th6 5th day of July, 1938, by the following vote,
to wit:
