APPAOVING AND :ATIFYING CONTRACT WITH JORDAN & TICOULET
REZOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY 07 ALAMEDA that the contract made between
the City of Alameda and Jordan & Ticoulet, a certified rublic accounting firm composed
of Edward 0. Jordan and. George A. Ticoulet, dated July 11, 1938, wherein said firm
is appointed as certified public accountant for the City under the provisions of
Section 3-7(c) of the Charter of the City, authorized by motion. of thin Council at
its regular melting of July 5, 1938, the original of Which contract was presented to
this meeting, he and the same is hereby ratified and approved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting asaembled on the 19th day of July.1938, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
