ADOPTING BPECIFIGATDONS FOR PURChAfING FIRST GRADE PREMIUM
AND ETHYL GASOLINE FOR THE CITY OF ALA=DA AND DIRECTING "LE
CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS.
RESOLVED BY T COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE ALL'A that the specifications for
the purctase of First Grade Premium and Ethyl Gasoline by the City of Alameda, filed
in the office of the City Clerk on July 19, 1938, be and the same, are hereby approved
and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alames will receive
sealed bids no to the hour of 8:15 oclock P.M. c n Tuesday, the 2nd dhy of August,
1938, for the purchase of said material in accordance with said specifications. Bids
shall be delivered to the City Clerk at the City Ball in Alameaa, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alameda Times-Star
notice calling for sealed bids in accordhhce with the provisions of this resolu-
tion. kind of said specifications.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of july,1938, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris end President Weichhart,
(4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT; Councilman Godfrey, (1).
