RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALPIlEtA that 4,000 be, and the
same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the City tc the Library Fund,
as an advance until such time es the amount appropriated to this 1`'und in the
tudEet for the fiscal year 1938-39 shall become available from taxes.
The Auditor ann Treasurer are authorized and directed to make the necessary
transfers on their respective books.
