RESOLVED that the rate of city taxes to be levied for the fiseB1 year beginning
Guly I, 1938, and endlng Tune 30, 1.939, , upon 911 property
assessed. for taxation within gine corporate limits of the City- of Alameda. on the basis
of the valuation thereof as shoval by the assessment roll in the office of the City
Assessor of said City be, and the same is, hereby fixed at one hundred and sixty-eimht
cents ;168R) on each one hundred Usliars (:$100) of assessed valuation of said. craI)erty;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a tax in the total amount o One and 68/100 Dollars
($1.68) be, gnat the same is, hereby fixed and ievieh o each and every One Hundred
Dollegs ($100) of assessed valuation of 911 taxablh property, real and personal, within
thh corporate limits of 151 City, for the purpose of raisins the necessary revenue for
said City for the fiscal year 1933-1939; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said t5) , and tne moneys arising, thegefrom, when
collected, shall be, and the same are hereby appropriated to and apportioned among the
several funds and each special parpase and bonded indhbtedness of the City, as follhwe:
