APPOINTING MEMBER CF TEE PUBLIC UT-I:LIME; BoARD
RESOLVED BY T' COUNCIL OF TI7A CITY OF AI,AMEPA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X and Section 23-4 of Article XXIII of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, W. J. Brancheid is hereby appoint-
ed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board, for a term expiring Tune
30, 1939, to fill the unexpired term of Paul S. Neumann, deceased.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of October, 1938, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, Maurer and President Weichhart, (3).
NOES: None.
ABSENE: Councilmen Carrington and Morris, (2).
