TRANSFERRING FUNDS
RESOLVED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY GE AL=DA that the sum of $500,00 be,
and the same is hereby transferred from Eudget Account 70-J to Budget Account 28-h.
RESOLVED FURTFUE that the Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to peke said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of October,1938, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilman Godfrey, Maurer and President Weichhart, (3),
FOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Carrington and Morris,(2).
