REQUESTING CI7I1 SERVICE BOARD TO EXENIT POSITION OF "PERSONNEL
TECIIMICIN" FROM THE CIVIL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF ALALTDA
WEEREAS, the Council of the City cf Alameda heretofore established
the position of "Personnel Technician" in the General Administrative Department
and under the jurisdiction of the City Manager, and
WhEREAS, the duties of such position are of a confidential nature,
RESOLVED DY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Civil Service
Board of said city be and is hereby re:mete-Led to except from the Civil Service
of the City of Alameda the -position of "Personnel Technician', pursuant to Section
3 of The Civil Service Ordinance of the it of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of January, 1030, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Meurer, Morris and President
Weichhort, (d).
NOES: None.
ALSENT: None.
