RESOLUTION o INTENTION TO CHANGE ZONE, ON COUNCIL'S OUN
MOTION, OF PORTIONS OF TRACT 526 AND 602 Li 16 FERNS=
TRACT 18 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA—
RESOLVED ,By the Council of the City of Alameda, that it is the intention
of said Couhcil, on its aVal motion and without a petition therefor, to initiate pro-
ceedings for changing and reclassifying those certain lots and parcels of land situ-
ated in the City of Alameda, county of Alameda, State of California, hereinafter
more particularly described, as follows:
(a) lots numbered 11 to 41, both inclusive; lots numbered 49 to
90, both ipblusive; lots numbered 93 to 126, both inclusive;
lots numbered 132 to 164, both inclusive; and lots numbered
202 to 215, both inclusive, situated in "Tract 526, Alameda,
Alameda Gounty, California," as said tract appears on the
map thereof filed in the offic e of the County Recorder of 580
County of Alameda, State of California, July 1, 1938, and re-
corded in Map Book 29, pages 14, 15 and 16,
from a Resid ential District, O1as l, to a Residential. District, Class I.
(b) Lot numbered 48 of the aforesaid tract, from a Business District,
Class III, to a Residential District, Class I.
(c) Lot numbered 47 of the aforesaid tract, from a Business District,
Class III, to a, Hesidential iNstribt, Class, li.,
(6) Lots numbered 255 to 269, bcth inclusive, in Block 2; lots
numbered 267 to 291, both inclusive, in Block ,q; lots numbered
361 to 367, both inclusive, in Block U; lots numbered 406 to
410, both inclusive, in Block 77; lots numbered 450 to 454, both
inclusive, in Block X, as said lots and blocks are delineated
and so designated upon that certain map entitled, "Fernside,
Alameda, California, May 1925, filed June 9, 1925 in Liber 4
of Maps, at pages 76 and 77, in the County Recorder's office
of said Alameda County,
from, a Residential District, Class II, to a Residential District, Class 6.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to post notices of hearing thereon
before the City Planning Board, as required by Ordinance No. 310, New Seriee, as amended.

I, the uneersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of January, 1939, by the following, vote, to wit:

ABSENT: None.
