APPROVING AND RECORDING SU3VEY MAP FILED HY
WALLACE T. 'LETTER
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, on
December 28, 1938, Wallace T. Fletter filed with the City Planning Board of the
City of Alameda a tentative map of a subdivision of certain parcels of real proPartYs
and being portions of lots 6 and 7, 'Map of the Lands of the Teutonia Park and
Homestead Association at Alameda" filed March 10, 1677, in liber 5 of maps, page 5;
portion of lot 187 "Map of the Encinal Park Tract, Alameda filed June 25, 1879, in
liber 185 of Tieeds, rage 160, all in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
County; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Board did on December 28, 1938, approve said
tentative map; and
HEREAS, said tentative map was presented to the Council of the City of
Alameda et its regular meeting held on January 5, 1950, and was at said meeting
approved; and
WHEREAS, said Wallace T. Fletter filed on January 17, 1939, with the
City Council of the City of Alameda, the governing body of said city, a Record of
Survey Map, which map, and the subdivision shown thereon, is substantially the same
as it appeared on the aforesaid tentative map;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the aforesaid Record of Survey Map be, and the same is hereby approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 17th day of January, 19390 by the following vote, to wit:
