TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENT FUND TO
RETIPEA.ENT FUND
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AL.BYDA that the sum of Eight
Thousand Dollars (8,000.) be, and the same is hereby transferred from the
Contingent Fund, Budget Account 70-b to Retirement Fund; Budget Account 70-m.
The auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of February, 1039, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President Seichhart, W.
NOES None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
