APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE RETIREMENT BOARD
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
RESOLVED HY ILE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAYEDA that O. A. WILSON
be, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of member of the RETIREENT BOARD,
created by Ordinance No. 673 N.S. of the City of Alameda, for a term expiring
June 30, 1939 and until a successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 14th day of February, 1939, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
