CONTINUING CONTRACT OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
WFttREAS, heretofore the City of Alameda by Council Resolution No. 2274 entered into
a contract between the City of Alameda and Jordan 3c Ticoulet, a certified public account-
ing firm composed of Edward B. Jordan and George A. Ticoulet, dated July 11, 1936, wherein
said firm was appointed as certified public accountant for the City in accordance with
Section 3-7(c of the charter of the City of Alameda, and
WHEREAS, said Edward B. Jordan is now deceased and P. E. Goodell, a certified public
accountant, has become a member of said public accounting firm;
NOW TNEREFORR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF ALAREDA that on endorse-
ment upon said contract of an agreement by said P. E. Goodell to be and become bound by-
the terms of said contract, and consented to by said George A. Ticoulet, the said contract
be
shall continued in force in accordance with its terms.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21st day of March, 1939, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart,(4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
