APPROPRIATING AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM BUDGET
ACCOUNT 70b to BUDGET ACCOUNT 70j
RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE ,CITY 07 ALAMEDA that the sum of
$815.00 be, and the same is, hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the City,
budget account 70b, to be used for any or all purposes specified in Ordinance No. 641 N.S.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the sum of 0845.00 be and the same is, hereby
transferred from budget account 70b to budget account 70j.
The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on
the books and records of his office.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of April, 1939, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: CouncilMen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer and President Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None. ABSENT; Councilman Morris, (1).
