Resolution 02360RE3OL3IION NO. 2350 ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING LUMBER TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CLLIEG. FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING TIAN CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE THE SAME. RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing Lumber to the City of Alameda, Mo. MS 5-394, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May le, 1939, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted, RESOLVED 'FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 8:15 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1039, for the furnishing to the City of Lumber, in accordance with said. Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under, sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for Lumber". Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any Jr all bids.
