ADOPTING 'SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING CORRUGATED PIPE AND
CULVERTS TO THE CITY OF EDA, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECT-
ING 10L 0100 CLERK TO ADVERTISE THE SANE.
RESOLED PY THE COML.. OF THE CITY OF ALAPEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing Corrugated Pipe and Culverts to the City cf Alameda,
No. 1S-5-090:7 filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 16, 1039, be, and the same
are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda widl receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 0:15 o'clock p.m, an Tuesday, the 1311 of June, 1239, for
the furnishing, to the City of Corrugated Pipe and Culverts, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions, Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
HREL, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal
For Corrugated Pice and Culverts".
Gcntract, if awarded, will oe awarded, subject to the provisions of the
charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid,
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice coiling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adapted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled cn the kith day of May, 1939, by the following vote, to wit:
