Resolution 02363RESOLUIION NO,, 2363 ADOPTING CATION. FOR OPERATING REFRESHMENT CONCESSION' IN WASHINGTON PARK AND LINCOLN PARY FOR THE PERIOD CoMMENCING JULY 1, 1939 AND ENDING JUNE 30,1940. RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALALIEDA that the specifications for operating refreshment concession in Vlashington Park and in Lincoln Park, in the City of Alameda, California, for the Period commencing July 1, 1939 and ending June 30, 1940, filed in the office of the City Clark on May 18, 1939, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted. RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City cf Alameda will receive sealed bide up to the hour cf 8:15 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 1939, for the priVilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park and in Lincoln Park, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said specifications. Bids must be " presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hail in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for Park Concession". Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise in the Alameda Times-5tar a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said specifications. 4 * 4 * ¥ * 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled in the 16th lay o1 May, 1939, by the following vote, to wit: :YE3; Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (5).
