APPROVING 7/7TATIVF VAP OF FROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PART
OF THE LIEWLLIINO DIVISION, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1939 A.E.I.Duchesnay presented to and filed with
the City Clerk and the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda a tentative map
of the proposed subdivision of part of the Llewelling Division, Alameda, California;
and
WBEREAS, the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda did at the said
meeting duly approve said tentative map; and
WEEREAS, said tentative map and the report of said. City Planning Board
approving same were presented to this Council at this meeting;
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the aforesaid tentative nap be, and the same is hereby, approved.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of Tune, 1939, by the following vote,
