RESOLVED 3Y 1THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0. AAED A that the sum of
"44,600.00 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the Library Fund to
the General Fund of the City, as roTayment made from said General Fund to
said Library Fund for an advance of '4,000.00 made pursuant to the term of
Resolution. No. 2277, passed on August 2, 1938 and an advance of $600.G0
made pursuant tc the terms of Resolution No. 2306, passed November 1, 1938.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their reapective boots.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the forbgoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City- of
Alamoda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1.739,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen. Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
