TRANSFERRING $21,085.19 FROM THE IN LIEU TAX FUND
10 YHE GENERAL FUID OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, certain moneys have been deposited in the In Lieu Tax Turd,
pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2184, adopted by this Council on
July 20, 1937, and
HEREAS, the sum of $21,089.19 has been expended from the General
Fund. of the City for the purposes authorized in the act referred to in said
resolution, as follow's:
In connection with the operation and
maintenance of the Police Court $1,500.00
In connection with the operation and
maintenance of the Police Department:
1/2 0091 of automobiles
1/3 salaries of -
1 Chief
1 Lieutenant
2 inspectors
4 Sergeants
Salaries 3 Motorcycle Officers
1/16 salaries Patrolmen
Traffic Rag. C.: Jr. Traffic
Miscellaneous

the sum of $21,089.19 be, and the same is hereby, trannferred from the in Lieu
Tax Fund to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective books.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and roguLarly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 2912 day of June, 1939, by the
