APPOINTING haliBER OF PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
RESOLVED 2Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AL:1YEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Article X and of Section 23-4 of the Charter of the City of
Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Winthrope T. Dranscheid is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board of the City
of Alameda for a term commencing July 1, 1939 and expiring on June 30, 1943
and until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of June, 1;,3c), by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ANSENT: Councilman Clodfrcy, (1).
