RESOLVED EY TNE COUNCIL OF INF CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisione for furnishing one new, 123,9 model, steel cab 10 ton dump truck to
the City of Alameda., No. YES-3912, flied in the office of the City Clerk. an August
1, 15, he, and the same are hereby, ancroved and adopted-
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council. of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bide up to the hour of C:03 o'clock p. m. on Tuesday, the 15th day of August,
1939, for the furnishing to the City of one Lew, 193 model, steel cab 1. Lou dump
truck, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Sian must be pre-
sented to tl.c City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under 'sealed . cover
and plainly' macRed on the outside, "Proposal For Dump Truck".
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest ona boat bid-
The right is 'reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids' 1 accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby' certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and. adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in the regular meeting assembled on the ist day of August, by the following
