AUTHORIZING '250.00 for ADVERTISING
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of
$250.00 be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of the General Fund
of the City, to be used for any or all of the purposes specified in
Ordinance No. 641 N. S.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the sum of not to exceed i',250.00 may be
expended under the direction of the City Manager for any or all of the pur-
poses set forth in Ordinance No. 641 N. S. in connection with the holding
of the annual Dahlia Show in the City of Alameda by the Alameda Dahlia
Society. All demands shall be presented, audited and approved as required
by the City Charter.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in the regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of August, 1939, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Maurer, Morris and President
aeichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Godfrey, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 2nd day of August, 1939.
