THE UNITED STATES OF KMERICA TO USE AN AREA OF
648 SQUARE FEET IN THE EURTHEASTESLY COM= OF
THE NAVAL AIR STATION AS A IIMMUWM AND AUTHORVZINO

ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. as ,
WHEREAS, in connoun with the proposed. construction of is hiohway
adjoining the Naval Air Station, Alameda, California, the City of Alameda sub-
mitted application for permission to use a triangular area of lamd in the north-
easterly corner of the 'Naval Air Station, containinc an. arra of 648 square feet;
and
WHEREAS, the United Gtates of America, represented by. the Secretary of
the Navy, has offered to grant to the City. of Alameda an indeterminate revocable
permit to use T arca of six hundred forty' eight square feet in the nortbpasterly
corner of the Naval Air Station, more particularly described.. in said peTmit, in
connection with the Cityls contemplated project for the construction of a. nighway
adjacent to the Naval Air Station Alameda, California; and
WHEREAS, said, form of indeterminate revocable permAt containing the terms
and conditions thereof has been presented. to this Council at this meeting, and this
Council is familiar with, the conditions thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL (1 TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforpsaid indeterminate revocable permit and Mae terms and conditions therec
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by tru City of Alaaeda; that the City Manager
