OWN MOTION, 03 CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN IND CITY OF
ALAMEDA, ALANEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
RESOLVED HY 01 COUNCIL OD THE CITY OF ALAINEDA that it is the intention
of oald Council, on its own motion and without a petition therefor, to initiate
proceedings for changing and reclassifying thosn certain lots and parcela of land
situated in the city of Alamsda, County cf Alameda, State of California, more
particularly. doscribed as follows:
PARCEL 1: Commencing at the point formed. by the inter-
section of the northwestemly line of High Street with
the northeasterly line of Van Buren Street, and running
thence northeasterly along said line of High Street 120
feet; thence at right angles northwesterly 50.29 feet;
thence at right angles southwesterly 120 feet to the
northeasterly lirn of Van Buren Street; thence, south-
easterly along said last mentioned line 50.29 feet to
the point of commencement. Being Lot No. o, to Block
No, 99, laid down and dellnnated on a certain map
entitled "Man No. 1 of a portion. of the Sather Trust
property In the City of Alameda, Cal. Surveyed by
Chapman and W. R. Poyzer, April 1891." filed September
17th, 1891, in the office of the Cnunty Recorder of
Alarndn County, State of Callforria.
FARCEL 2: Commencing at a point on the nomthwesterly
line of Hign Street distant thereon 120 feet north-
essterly fro111 . the northeasterly line of Van Buren
Street; runbAng thence northwesterly' parallel with Ven
Duren Street 50.29 feet; thence at right angles north-
easterly 5.55 feet; thence et right angles southeasterly
50.22 feet to the said line of 111.61 , Street; and thence
at right angles southwesterly and along said lino of
High Street 5.31 feet In the point of commencement. Be-
ing a portion of Block 99 as aelineated and so designated
on a certain map entitled "Map No. 1 of a portion of the
Sather TrPst Property in the City of Alameda, Cal., etc.
filed September 17, 1291," in the office of the County
Recorder of said Alameda County,

before the City Planning hoard, as required. by Ordinance No. 7.)70, New Series, as
amended.
