WDEREAS, certain moneys have been delivered to and. received by the City
of Alameda from tie State. of California and donosited in the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Funtl, nursuant to the provisions or the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act
(Statutes. 1935, p. 1123, as amended) and the provisions of Reseletiuh No. 2212,
adocted by thia Council on December '7, 1937; and
'41-1EREAS, there has been expended from the. General Fund of the City,
solely for the purposes specified in said act and in said resolution, the sum. of
7,500.00 in connection with the oper ation and mainteuunce of the Police Depart-
ment and $:2,334:38 in connectionwith the oneration and maintenance of the Police
Court: or a total of c,f,,2C4.39;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REJOIN= BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMED
that the sum of V,88438 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Fund to the General Fund of the City.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make
said transfer on their respective beaks.
