ACCEPTING GRANT OF LENT FROM ALAMEDA DELT LINE IN
41211 021012 CERTAIN LANDS FOR HIGINAY PURFUSEZ AND CONOENT-
ING TO T12t RECORD,'-sTION THEREOF.
WELRA, a certain indenture, dated October 29, 1940, made by and be-
tween Alameda Belt Line, a corporation, as Grantor, and the City of Alameda, a
municipal cortoration, as Grantee, granting to said City of Alameda an easement
in and over certain real property, therein more particularly described, for the
purpose of maintaining therein and thereon a public street or highway, including
all primary and secondary street or highway uses, has been duly executed and
delivered to the City of Alameda by the said Grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, 134 12 RESOLVED BY auE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 1155 of the Civil Code
of the State of Galiforni.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regulor meeting assembled OR the 6th day of November, 1940, by Inc following
vote, to wit:
