City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, conveying to said City of
Alameda certain real property, therein mere particularly described, for the pur-
pose of maintaining therein and. thereon a public street and highway, includlng
all primary and secondary street or highilay Use , has been duly executed. and
delivered to the City of Alamada by the said Grantor;

that the aforemontioned indenture be, and the same is hereby., addepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 1158 of the Civil Code
of the State of California-
