ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FuRnisiinz FIVE TWO-DOOR
SEDANS TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CAILING FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CIZNK TO ADVERTISE TEE SADEE.
RESOLVED BY 03)3 COUNCIL OF 031 CITY C ALAIJEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing five new, 1910 model, two-door sedans to the City
of Alameda, No. MS 11-4016, filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 3,
1940, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
EESOLUD, FURTHER, that the CouRoil of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up tc the hour of 3:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, December 17, 1940,
for the furnishin g to the City of five new, 1941 model, two-door sedans in ac-
cordance with said SbecificatiRns and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly
markeh on the outside "Proposal for two-doom sedan."
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right 15 reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk iS hereby directed .. to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with I:11Q provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications und Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled. on the 3rd. day of December, 1940, by the following
