DEDICAEING CERTAIN LANDS FOR HiGHWAY PURPOSES AND
DESIGNATING THE SAME AS "MOT STREET".

real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of aaai-
fornia, Caber :Heed as follows:
All that portion. of Flock 41 which lies Easterly
of a direct line drawn from a poirt, wtich point is
an the Northern. line of Maple, formerly Willow, Street,
distant thereon Wastely 75.27 feet from the Western
line of Main Street, formerly Main Avenue, thance
North 0* 34' West to the Northern line of said Block
41, as said block, streets and avenue are shown on the
"New an of Woodntock" - filed May 8, 187j, in Book 6
of Maps, at page 13, in the office of the County Re-
corder of Alameda County,
be, and the same is hereby, dedicated as and for tae purposes of a public street
or highway and as a part of Main Street in said city, and thmt the same 1.5 hereby
designated and shall hereafter be known as "Main Street".
