DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY* PURPOSES

BESOTTED BY T COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the parcel of land
heretofore dedicated as a public highway situated 44 the City of Alameda, County
of Alameda, State. of California, Lind more particularly described as follows:
COMENCING at the Southeast corner of Tract 15, being
the point of intersection of tints Westerly lime of Main
Street and the line segregating the high and dry land
from the Marsh Lund, as said tract, street and sagrega-
tdou line are delineated and se designated on that cer-
tain map entitled "Map of Alameda Marsh Lands as parti-
tioned among the owners. in the suit numbered 8923 and
entitled 'Pacific Improvement Company, Plaintiff, vo.
(Tames A- Waymire, et al, Defendants', Superior Court of
Alameda County, State of California" and filed July 30,
1.900, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
County in Map Book 25, Pages 14 to TO; running thence
along the Easterly line of said Tract 1 5 North 0* 34'
West 148.93 feet to a point on the Southern boundary
line of lands described as "Parcel No. 2" in that cer-
tain deed from Alameda Slet Line, a. corporation, to the
City of Alameda, recorded in the office of tnc County
Recorder of Alameda County in Book 2485 of Official
Records, Page 103; thance along said last named line
South e3t- 291 54- west 80.48 feet: thence South 1 34'
East 128.61 feet tc a point OD said Segregation Line;
thence along said. Segregation Line South 85* 84' TEst
80.:31 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and. the same is hereby, designated. and shall hereafter be known as Tiain Street".
