Resolution 02549REDCLCTION NO. 29.33 DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY' PURPOSES AS "ATLANTIC AVENUE". WHEREAS, The Regents of the University of California., a corporation, heretofore granted to the City of Alameda an easement for public highway pur- poses in, over and along certain real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of Californla, more particularly described as follnws: EEG:la:INC at a point on the westerly line of Tract 41 as said Tract is delineated end 50 designated upon tbat certain map entitled. "Liap, of Alameda Mersh Land as partitioned among the owners thereof in the suit No. 8923 and entitled 'Pacific Improvement Company, Plaintiff, vs. Tames A.
