RESOLVED, FURTHER, that ttm Council of the City of Alannda will re-
ceie sealed bids up to the tour of S:05 o'clock IMesday, Wm:weary 7,
1941, for the furnishing to ttn City of one (1) new, 1941 model, Four-door
Sedan in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids mast be pre-
sented to ttm City Clerk, in the City Nall, Alamo:Is, California, under seeded
cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for Four -door Seday."
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the previsions of
the charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits ti e lowest and
best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertice, In the Alameda Times:-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with tte provisions of this
resoluoion and of said Specifications and Provisions.
