WAGON TO TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING THE OTTE CLERK TO ADVERTISE TEE SAME. *
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEN CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and. Provisions for furnishing one (1) Station Wagon to the City of Alameda, No.
MS 11-6015, filed ir, . the office of the City Clerk on March 4, 1941, be, and 01
same are hokeby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHXR, that the Coahuila of the City of Alameda will re-
ceive sealed bids up to the hour of 0:05 o'clock FL M. on Tuesday, March 10,
1941, for the furnishing to the City of one (1) Station Wagon in accordance
with said Specifications and. Provisions. bids must be presentbd to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, unAer sealed. cover and. plainly
marked. on the outside "Proposal for Station Wagon."
Contract, if awarded, will o awarded, subject to the orovisions of
the chartar of said City, to the rosponsible bidder who sub7tito the lowest and.
best bid. The right is reserved. to reject any or all bids.
The City Clero .. is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda
