ROCK' MO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA. DURING FISCAL TEAR END-
ING. FITHE 30, 1942,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MITIMEDA. that the SpecIficationg
and Provisions for furntsning crusher run rock to the City of Alameda during tbg
fiscal.. year ending lune 30, 1942, No. MS 4-416, filed in the office of the City
Clerk on April 8, 1941, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTERR, that the Council of the City of Almmeda will receive
sealed bidg up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock F. M. on Tuesday, April 15, 1941, for
the furnighing to the City of crusher run rock during the fi$cal year ending (Pane
30, 1942 in. accordance with said Specifications and Provisiong. Bids must be pre-
sented to the City Clerk., in the City Mall, Alameda, California, under sealed.
cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal. for Rock - ES 4-410".
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of the
charter of said City, to the responbible bidder who submits the lowest and bgst
bid. The right 3+ reserved to rejegt any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in. the Alaneda Threes
Star, a net ice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provinions of this
resolution and of said 8peeification3 and Provisions.
