RESOLVED BOO ESE CELNEIL OF ELL CITY OF ALAMEDA. that it is the intention
of said COUllOil, on its own motion and without .3 petition therefor, to initiate
proceedings for changing and reclassifying that certain. real property situated Ln
the City of Alemede, County of Alameda, State of California, deecribed as follows:
COMMENCING AT a point on the Northern. line of Pacific Avenue,
distant thwreon North E8t 37' West 982.17 feet from the point
of intersection thereof with the Western line of Fifth Street,
as said. arena° ann street now exist; running thence North 1*
21' East to a point in the Southern line of Atlantic: Avenue,
formerly Industrial Hibbeway, as the same•now exiwts; thence
Westerly along the Southern line. of said Atlantic Avenue to
a point in the Easterly line of Main Street, as the same now
exists; thence Southerly' eledeg the Hastemly line of Main
Street to a point on the Northerly line of Maple Street;
thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Maple Street to
a. point in. the Easterly- line of Main Street; thence Southerly
along the Easterly' line of Main. Street to the Norbnorly lino
of Pacific Avenue; thence Easterly along the Northerly line
of Pacific Agenue to thh point of commencement,
by taking the portions of said real property now classified, rhspectivoly, in thh
"G" LEght industrial District, the "B" Two-to-four Family Dwelling District and.
the "A" One-family Dwelling District out of said districts and reclassafying and
placing the whole of said real. property in the "C" Mhltiple Dwelling District.

tion of intention. before the City Planning Board of said City.

in. the Alameda. Times-Star, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished. in the City of Alameda, in the manner provided. by Subdivision (1) of Sec-
tion 11-1811 of the Alameda. Municipal Code.
