WEREAS, the HMusing Authority' of the City- of Alameda 1 called the
TLeeal Autbority") has accepted thb designation by the Fedbral Works Administrator
to act as his agant ID the deyelopment of the national. defense housing project
designated aa Project No. Cal. 4112 (herein called the "Project"); and.
WEERNES, the letter from the Administrator of the United States Causing
Authority dated. Harsh 13, 19A1 advising of the desigmation. as agent states in. aart
in paragraph 5 as follows:
"All proper costs, commitmbnte amd expenses inburred by
your Authority in. performing functions assigned to lt
