FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING SEE CITY CHERI TO ADVERTISE THE
SANER
RESOLVED BY ThE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furhishing.Lumber to the City of Alameda for the fiscal year
bnginning July- 1, 1941 and ending Tune 10, 1912, No. ME 6-411E, filed in the office
of thw City Clerk on Rune 17, 1941, be, and the same are hereby, approved and
adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda. will receive
sealed. bidp up to the hour of 5:00 o'clock, p. m., on Tuesday, Tune 24, 1941, for
the furnishing to the City of Lumber for the fiscal year beginning Tuly 1, 1941
and ending June 30, 1942, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions.
Bdds must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outsidef "Proposal. for Lumber".
Contract, 11 awarded, will be awarded, subject to the protsiony of to
charter of said City, to the ressonsibip bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. IMp right is reserved to reject an or 12 bids.
