ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF SUNION STEN.OGRAPHEN-CLERK
AND CREATING AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE 'POSITION OF
SENIOR STENOGRAPHER-CLERE IN THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR
31 ASSESSOR OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
WIEREAS, the Civil Service Board of the City. of Alameda or re-examina-
tion of the duties and responsibilities required in the position heretofore
designated as Junior Stenographer-Clerk in the office of the Auditor and Assessor
of this City has lotornlioc, that the duties and responsibilities regaired of subh
ocsitien are such as to require the sane to be classfflad as 3enlor Stenosrapter-
Clerk and has so reclassified such .position;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 3)13 CITY OF ALAMEDA.
(1) That the position of junior Stenographer-Cierk ia the office of
the Auditor and Assessor of the City in hereby 'abolished.
(2) There is hereby created in the offidb of the Auditor and Assessor
of the City the position of Senior Stenographer-Clerk. The salary for such
position shall be :S120.00 per month-
This resolution shall supersede the previsions of Resolution No. 2643
which are in conflict herewith-
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
