corporation, and Bethlehem Steel Company, a corporation, dated duly 10, 194'1,
providing for the renewal for a further term of 25 years from August 24, 1941
of that certain lease made between the City of Alameda, a munici hal corporation,
and Union Iron Works Company, a cerporeXlen, dated August 24, 1916, has been
duly executed by the parties t said renewal agreement;
