WHEREAS, the United States of America, through its Navy Department,
has made application to Kne City of Alameda for permission to constrobt and main-
tain certain. landing facilities, a plank walk, an. underground electrical. duct and..
necespary appurtenances in, on. and across tide and submerged land of t1- City of
Alameda more particularly described in 13' 1 of revocable permit hereinafter
referred to; and

to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a revocable permit
