WHEREAS, United. Engineering Compst.ym Ltd., has requested the writteh.
consent of the City of Alantda to assign its leasehold intereat and. estate under
the aforesaid leases to Wells Fargo Bank Ar Union. Trust Cot; and.
WHEREAS, separate written. assignments, each dated October 11, 1901,
have been executed. by' said United Enyiheering Company, and Welts Fargo
Bank & Union lihat Go., wnorein, respectively, said United. Engimeerinw Company,
'Ltd., assigns its leasehold interest and estate under said. leases to Wells Fargo
Sank As Union. Trust Co.; and
