RESCINDING RESOLUTION NC. 2681 AND AUTHORIZING RETURN
OF DEED.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution
N. 2681, adopted by this Council on November 6, 1941, be, and is hereby,
rescinded.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City talker be, and is hereby,
authorized to return. to Alameda City Land Co. the doed of said corporation
described in said resolution.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of January, 1942, by the
