ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHIM ONE (1) AUTOMOBILE
SEDAN TO TITE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING ION BIDS AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE THE SANE.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnlshing one (1) new, 1942 model, automobile sedan to the
City of Alameda, No. MS' 1-421, filed in the office of the City Clerk on January
6, 1942, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 500 o'clock P. 11,, on Tuosday, January 13, 1942,
for the furnishing to the City of ono (1) new, 1942 model, automobile aedan in
accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and.
plainly narked on the outside "Proposal for Sedan',
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the provisions of
the charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and
best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed. bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 620 day ef January, 194.2, by the following
vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
