APPOINTING MEMBER OF =1 LIBRARY BOARD.
RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, HT H. Fiuddingten is hereby appointed to the office
of member of the Library .oard of the City of Alameda for a term expiring
June 30) 1944, to fill the unexpired term of Sherwood Jones, resigned, and
to serve until his successor is appointed and. qualifiad.

was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
