AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT GRANTING
PERMISSION TO AMERINAE DREDGING COMPANY, A CORPORATION',
TO CONSTRLOT AND MAINTAIN TWO DREDGE PIPES IN AND
ACROSS MAHE STREET AND ATLANTIC AVITEE.
WHEREAS, Amtrican Dredging Company, a corporation, has made application
to the City of Alamena for permission to construct anj . maintait two dredge sipcs
in and.. across Main Street and Atlantic Avenue for the purpose of dredging and
filling lands owned by.. the United States of America and rii i part of the
Naval Air Station, in Alameda; end
WHEREAS, a fora . of revocable permit containing the terms and conditions
to be agreed upon between the City of Alameda and American Dredging Comeany for
construction and. maintenance of said dredge hires has been prepared and sutmitted
to this Council at its adjourned regular meeting held on January 13, 1942, and
marked. "Tiled January 13, 1942";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES. BY THE COUNCIL o THE CRN CF ALAMEINA
that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is heroty, authorized and
directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a
revocable permit substantially in the form and containing the terrio and condi-
tions sot forth. in. the aforesaid form of revocable peril-Lit.
