AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT GRANTING
kaamIssioN TO AMERICAN DREDGING COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A DREDGE PIPE IN AND ACROSS
CERTAIN TIDE LANDS.
WIEREAS, American Dredging Company, a corporation, has made application
to the City of Alameda for permission to construct and maintain a dredge pipe in
and across certain. tide lands owned by the City of Alameda and more particularly
described in the form of revocable permit hereinafter referred to; and
WHEREAS, a form of revocable permit containing the terms and conditions
to be agreed upon between the City of Alameda and American Dredging Company for
construction and maintenance of said dredge pipe has been prepared and submitted
to this Council at its regular meeting held on Larch 3, 1942, and marked "Filed
March 3, 1942;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF fILAMEDA
that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute, and the Gity Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a revocable permit
substantially in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the
aforesaid form of revocable permit.

I, the undersigned, hereby' certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of March, 1942, by the following vote,
to wit:

Godfrey, (5),
