provisions of Sec. 1158 of thw Civil Code of the State of California, M. C.
odfrey, Mayor of the City of Alameda, be, and to is hereby, authorized and
empowered, as such mayor, to accept on behalf of sa1 a. city of Alameda, ard. to
consent to the recordation of, any and all deeds Cr grants conveying to the
city of Alameda real estate, or any interest therein., or easements thereon,
