political. subdivision of tne State of California, desires to lease from the City

meda Health Center Building, located at and designated as Ro. 2226 Santa Clara
Avenue, in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, for the
period of one year., at a monthly rental of 0100.0O3 and
WREHES, a form of lease, dontaining the terms and conditions to be
agreed uA"or hetween. the City of Almada and the County of Alameda, ao d. more par-
ticularly Joscribing the portions of said building to be leased, has been Pre-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 11101 1)
that 'Elie Mniyor of said city be, and he is hereby) auttorizod and directed to
execute, and the City Clerk to attest, en behalf of the city, a lease substanti-
ally in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the afore-
said form of lease,
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Rasolution was
duly and resularly introduced and adopted by the Council of tho City of Alamoda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of Muly, 1942, by the followimg vote,
